This site has been extremely helpful over the past several months and I wanted to thank everyone for their advice and support. Has anyone had any trouble with ordering from zoom-force media? I ordered the 5600mah battery from them and haven't heard from them since. I've sent two emails to their customer service department and have had no reply. I paid for express shipping on the item so it would be here for my shoot last Friday and now it is Tuesday and I still do not have the battery nor have I heard from zoom-force. I am doing an outdoor shoot this Friday/Saturday and need extra battery life and am concerned about my order.

Has anybody else had a good/bad experience with zoomforce.

I ordered my 5600mah battery from zoom-force media on 9/5/07. I have not received it yet and I sent them an email to request a tracking number and have not had any response. I hope they are legit.
 
ZoomForce Media is Jarred and Deb Land. They run this site and couldn't be more legit. They are busy people, but you'll get your batteries (the batteries rule, by the way).
 
Yeah, the batteries are great and the service is even better. Mine took a little while to come, but the customer service was incredible and I'd order from them again. I believe I was told that they try to ship them out every Friday, but sometimes that can't be done so be patient.

I also ordered from them. Mine wasn't coming either but they gave me the tracking number when asked. The number showed it was sitting in USPS depot in NJ for 2 weeks. I did finally receive it though and it works great.
 
Thanks to all who put in a good word for the folks at zoomforce. Deb just contacted me and it seems that my order was returned to them. Not sure why but she is going to resend the package. Hopefully it will be here soon.
 
I ordered my battery from them 2 weeks ago and it hasnt showed up yet, I sent them an email tho, hopefully they reply soon.
