Zoom H4 & Logic Audio - Is it that easy?

Hey,

So I got a Zoom H4 recently and my MAC arrived yesterday, and I've freshly installed Logic Studio.

I'm going to be filming live music today, and wanted to take a feed off the mixing desk (although I've no idea how heh) to give me a high quality recording.

My plan was as follows:
1) Get Zoom H4 working as Audio interface with Mac/Logic
2) Plug output from mixing desk into Zoom H4
3) So record to Logic and my mac hard drive

I thought this would be impossibly complicated to work out, esp as I looked at the Zoom instructions for Cubase LE and how to get that to work.

But just now I did the following:
1) Plug Zoom in Mac USB port
2) Click Audio I/O
3) Click 'Connect'
4) Let Logic 'scan' for Zoom and so choose it
5) Hit record.

And from that I seem to be recording the Zoom H4 feed directly to my Hard Drive. (I should say I was using the inbuilt mics, but will later click to IN1/2 as I plug in the desk feed)

Is it really that easy? Am I now setup to record the desk feed today - or is there something more clever to do that I don't know - because it seems much to easy to be true, if that makes sense!

Cheers!

a.
