Glaussian Blur, fly in, ragged edges.... and something with tracking.

yea I tried another color correction method on the short. Took out some saturation, and gave it a dry look. I think it worked much better.

Very cool and creepy. Although, near the end, the text covers his face (briefly). I'd tweak that or fade out the title before this occurs.
