Zombie Film Weekend!

Nope, life must go on (taking care of kids, excercising, mowing the lawn, etc.). I'm just going to be DEAD tired from trying to fit in more time into the 24 hour day to watch the films ... so nothing's getting cleared, other than sleep I guess.
 
i just had all 4 wisdom teeth ripped out of my jaw so i have a bloody good excuse to do nothing but... and, because she is the best-est person ever, t already had her sched. cleared to take care of my pathetic ass.
never thought i would feel lucky for having oral surgery...

I'll be watching them at work. So basically, I'll be getting paid to watch zombie flicks all weekend.

I arranged to take off work this Sunday. The family is going on a two day trip to the city. It's just me and my computer.

Hey, man. Honestly, tell me how bad it was. But put some sugar on top if it's too brutal.

I got to get my wisdom teeth pulled in the next month or so and I'm scared sh!tless.

Is anyone here willing to hold my hand when they put me under. You can leave after that, though. Your duty is over.

I'm torn. i want to watch them, but don't want to watch them. I have this vision of me saying WHAT WAS I THINKING after I've watched everyone else's film. LOL. After a few bottles of wine though....

..after this all over cuz my heads gonna hurt from sitting at the computer watching 80 films...I guess im gonna have to cancel that video expo im goin to tomorrow...
 
The voting will be going on for two weeks, so you'll all have time to view them all and rate them. Although I'd guess a few of you will go hardcore and watch all 80 in a row.
 
Considering when the films are probably going to get posted, I can't say for sure that it'd be fair to all of the film makers to be judging them all if anyone's actually considering CRAMMING through all 80+ in one straight shot.

I'd imagine that by the time you got to the 60th, 70th or 80th film that your senses would be somewhat muddled, tired, etc. It could be a really good quality film but because you're fried, you may not be able to give it as much attention/consideration as you would have if you watched it fresh.

I'll probably watch no more than 1-2 hours at a shot, then take a break (assuming I can pull myself away) ... so I'm planning on it taking several days to be able to judge them all just so I'm not a zombie myself when doing it.
