I wasn't really interested in splitting the set up, but I've had a couple people interested in only specific focal lengths so I'm checking on that. If anyone else is interested in only specific focal lengths let me know.
 
That is the macro adapter listed just above the Storm Case in the description. "Macro adapter that goes between the lens and camera to allow any lens to become a macro lens. Comes with different size inserts to change the amount of macro focus capability." It basically lets you extend the flange distance different amounts and that increased distance allows you to get focal distances that are much closer than the lens normally allows.

I'm also throwing in another macro adapter that works with the 28, 35, and 50 that you screw on to the front threads (58mm threads) and then mount the lens backwards. It could work with the other lenses too if you use step-up or step-down rings. I don't have a picture of that adapter.

I have a couple offers on the table that I'm working with for the whole set, so I'm going to hold off on splitting the set for now. Selling the whole set is a lot easier in the long run. If I change my mind I'll post a reply here or start a new thread for the separate lenses. Thanks everyone.
