There's GL, Duclos and Lockcircle, all pretty well regarded.

as i just explained GL is not doing it!

Duclos is not that much of a conversion, it just a focus gear installation....

Lockcircle is something interesting , but even they offer new housing, lenses extend (lens gets longer) during focusing just like originals, so its not a good option if u using mate box

Have you considered just purchasing CP.2's? Same concept, just sell your set if you want a full rehouse and go with the CP.2's.

I've had my ZF cine-modded by Duclos.
They remove the click aperture and dampen the iris, as well as add a 0.8 pitch Delrin focus ring with a common diameter 80mm front with 77mm threads.

I feel it's worth the money, they get a lot of use. Just shot a feature with this set. I either had a Cinegears or Bartech wireless FF on the whole time. These units produce a lot of torque and the lenses and gears are still very solid.
