Optex was an UK optic company specialised in converting lens, they had gone bust for years but the lens they had worked on still remain in the market. They don't really comes into the market as the owner often holds on to them. Its a very compact lens, seeing the picture next to the air blower.
I had added on a PL mount to Arri B mount adapter so you can use it on your PL mount adapter. To take it off, use a tiny allen key to loosen the screws on the side of the adapter.
I had used the lens on professional video jobs and it had performed very well.
