I've got a clean and seldom used Zacuto Z-Finder that I used with my 5D MK2. It's the 2.5x version so it works wonderfully. Looking to swap up to a new IPS monitor so this bad boy has to go. I've got the finder, a soft eyecup, extender plates, and the Gorilla baseplate. Here is a link for what is included: http://store.zacuto.com/Z-Finder-Pro-2.5x.html
