if this is for the F3, F5 or F55 - how about buying my VCT-FSA5 (sony shoulder adaptor baseplate with 15mm rods)
 
Thanks dear, I have already purchased one from eBay, this is for HPX170 with the mounting holes in the bottom of camera not being center, and it is known issue, for some one like myself wants to use matte box. therefore the left & right adjustment on Zacuto baseplate should do the trick.
