ALERT - need to correct the information implied in my post above:
Contrary to what Redrock told me pre-purchase, the Redrock Micro Follow Focus Blue does NOT change direction of rotation when you flip the gearbox (...which, had it worked like ARRI and others, would have made Nikon lenses turn in the direction an experienced 1st AC would expect).
When you flip the gearbox, it functions exactly the same. The only advantage is for proximity issues - but not for reversal of travel.
I'm not happy, as this feature was really important to me (as you can see by my signature). Too bad, because otherwise it is a really nice piece.
