I have the HVX200 donut only. However, additional donuts can purchased and are relatively inexpensive.
And I'm working on getting some photos up here shortly.

More info about the Petroff matte box:

Petroff Matte Box is a fully modular, no tool assembly system where you can add or remove stages or adjust system components without the need for tools. The Petroff Matte Box Kit includes 4x4 matte box (P44-2W), two filter stages, side flags, 15mm support adapter (SS-10-15), top flag & your choice of one lens ring. All filter stages rotate 360 degrees independently, but in order to operate comfortable with polarizing filters one or two stages could be blocked from rotation. The snap on system allows the user to easily remove or add filter stages. The 4x4W size works with external lens diameters up to 110mm.

The Zacuto lens ring is included with the follow focus. You can see it in the photos. It's the red toothed ring around the barrel of the lens.

Price dropped to $1,925.00. In addition to the items listed above- I will include an articulating arm that attaches to the Zacuto gear and allows for attaching a monitor, external recorder, etc.

I am lowering the price again on the matte box and follow focus. Both of these items were purchased new from Zacuto to go with my Panasonic HVX200. They will work, however, on other cameras as well. The new price is $1,200.00.
