Like new. Replaces awful, too long, too easy to fall off, "bazooka" OEM eyepiece. +3 Diopter not pictured, but included. +4 Diopter installed in Z-finder. Used a couple of times, enough to determine it doesn't work for my old eyes even with the optional +4 diopter. It is really, really close to working for me, but I found a perfect optical solution for my eyes was to switch out the 52mm lens in the terrible OEM eyepiece. (For those of you with my problem, see the image in my auction marked "not included" to see how easy it is to buy a set of 52mm close-up lenses and swap out the OEM "diopter" for magnification needed.)
