z150 time lapse?

maybe i'm going nuts, but I can't find time lapse (or interval, or whatever sony calls it this time) on the Z150. Is 1 fps the slowest possible? Any guidance?

The Z150 doesn't have a time-lapse mode. You have to use S&Q Motion at 1 fps. But you can't use S&Q Motion on that camera in 4K. Double whammy! That's one of the things that persuaded me to sell my Z150 and keep my Z90.
