Youtube goes 4K and announces 5 million in grants to partners

Well, I could post an EX1 clip, but you'd just argue that it's not as sharp. It's all opinion and bias. However, the GH1 resolves about 600 lines of resolution on charts, while the EX1 resolves 900-1000 lines. So no matter what you think your eyes are telling you, the EX1 can blow the GH1 out of the water as far as sharpness is concerned.

Now, you may prefer the look of the GH1 over the EX1...and if that's the case, no one can argue with your own personal opinion.

But it's not accurate to say it's "sharper".

Yes, well, the original GH1 at least. The GH13 looks better, but its script writing ability sure took a helluva nosedive!

Ok I will concede resolution chart defeat and say I like the LOOK of the GH1 better than the EX1, but only if I get to occupy USA on the RISK board from the start of the game.. you can have Australia...

Reagan used the GH1 to defeat the Soviet Union in the Cold War, it was his secret weapon. 'Nuff said. GH1 pwnz...

the way he did this was the soviet union had the u.s. running scared with fears of huge stockpiles of nukes and we were never able to confirm this due to satellites being unable to resolve spy footage enough to see...but when Reagan outfitted the Nasa satellite with the GH1 its world renowned clarity and sharpness allowed them to resolve every last nuke and was a revelation that the soviet union was lying all along about their stockpile so they were forced to bow out of the war after this, all thanks to the gh1

It's true, Homunculus.. the GH1 saved the world, and just think, that was pre-hack.

In case you didn't know the GH1 "look" is not just a "look", it is officially, universally and to the people in the industry known as the "Panasonic MOJO". Powerful stuff.

So powerful, in fact, that it can delude people into thinking it has an honest-to-god resolution of 1000 lines!

The audience never sees the specs.. they just see the images and hear the sound, and hopefully you've got a story and some good characters in those images and sound.

I have never heard of anyone leaving a movie saying , 'that was so not 1000 lines of resolution... I mean I could have DEALT with that movie if it was more than 850 lines... MAYBE 800... but for them to blatantly project only 600 lines.... I'm outta here!"

Plus.. there is something weird in whatever the GH1 is doing with the extra pixels it is making out of thin air... accurate or not it does APPEAR to have a lot more resolution than 600 lines even if those pixels are in error...

"it's a kinda magic"

LOL! ????

Seriously? You never heard them complain about this rapidly spreading concern about the 1000 lines of resolution, or lack thereof, in movies nowadays? Wow! There are even some people that bring a ruler to the movie house and actually count the lines! They actually claim that if it ain't a 1000 it ain't a sharp movie! Pretty wild, ain't it?

I'm not talking about the audience...I'm talking about people on here who won't take criticism of their $800 camera without seeming to get personally offended, and who try to deflect those criticisms with utter nonsense.

Or the people that can't absorb and digest the fact that an $800.00 can compete with a much costlier one and beat the hell out of it! Go Gh13, you looking great.

Risk is not utter nonsense, it is a very popular board game with a long history of usefulness in settling conflicts.

ie: "well, I don't agree with you, but we'll settle this with a good game of Risk."
