In my last post, I shared some of my film student's work. She has been bravely filming/fighting her genetic disease and entered some of this work in a competition. The illness has taken a terrible toll on her fiscal resources. As she is a young filmmaker, interested in things we all care about and doing all she can to tell stories through film, I am posting this entry in support of her. Please understand, I am not advertising the issue or spamming. I can assure you this student is sincere about story-telling, evolving her craft and communicating through film. I cannot help but to support that.
