Hey guys,
not sure if I am supposed to post this in this section, so my apologies if I am in the wrong topic area.Just wanted to thank Tommy over at EVSonline for the quick delivery of my order for a portabrace soft case. Ordered on Wednesday, at my door on Friday. California to Ohio in 2 days.Awesome.I will not shop anywhere else.Thanks again!

Well.. I tried emailing EVS & PMing ya Rush, but no responses... So I had to buy the camera somewhere else.. ah well..

Good point. I did try to call on the weekend.. so it's basically my fault..

But I did PM & E-mail, and I've seen posts from EVS since.. all good.. it's not a knock on them.. I'm sure they are a good company and such.. I'm just telling you my experience. :)

Well, to be fair to EVS, they are not in any way connected to DVXUser. It is a benefit to us that one of their employees spends time here. I don't think it is fair to knock them for not catching every sales request that comes into a message board that is unrelated to their business.

Just my $0.02 9/10

Like I said.. it's my fault for not trying to call during the week.. but I thought they would have responded to my email by now.. All good.. no worries..

Why don't you guys just have this goodgolly-feelgood-back slapping-hurrah for evs-round table in the aforementioned resellers feedback forum instead of in the marketplace.

I don't have a problem with people sharing their experiences. Sometimes where you buy is as important as what you buy.

Yes, buyers should have as much info as possible. I never said they shouldn't be informed :)

That's why there are threads specifically allocated to buyer and seller feedback. Imagine if everyone posted their feel good stories of buying stuff over the internet in the marketplace forum. How exciting for us buyers.

think that was my point to begin with. over and out.

Point taken. As for me, I put more creedence in the feedback on this site than anywhere else. I understand that feedback should be left elsewhere as well, but I am glad that it shows up here. The more the better, especially specific stories.
