GH4 YAGH Problems when connecting to the GH4.

Anyone got the Yaghe ? I have a problem with mine, it wont connect to the GH4 when its attached to the camera. I have followed the Yagh manual and posted the rubber seal into the mini hdmi connector casing but the mini hdmi will still not plug in, tried with one of my own mini hdmi connectors and it fits perfectly so is something else going on here ?

silly question but does it actually line up? I mean it moves in and out freely right without the camera on it yeah?

I have the exact same problem I've contacted Panasonic about it , still getting the run around, I'm returning mine back to B & H Photo for another unit, this must be a defect in the YAGH especially if you are able to plug in to the camera with no problem with another cable, if you find a solution please let me know, I have a feeling that this is a real issue with this unit.
