Very nice. Did you use Particle Illusion for your sparkle effects? If so how did you import your footage, because Particle Illusion has a problem importing DV footage.
Also what program did you use to do the chroma key?

sparkle efects is adorage by prodad, the smoke is particle illusion, but is a tga secuense overlay with alpha chanel, DV footage don´t work in particle illusion, the croma key with premier pro >Video Effects>Keying>Color Key

Was that 24p? I thought it was her wedding at first. It did look like a wedding dress. Did you light the first shot where she was sitting down or was it already lit by street lights?
 
not 24p is 30i, the first shot with street light the second shot where she was sitting down with magic bullet curahe filter
