XP Laptop can't read P2 Store

I've twice gone through the installation for the drivers. P2 Card inserted, P2 Store connected via USB 2.0.

I can get my P2 Viewer to pull footage from the Cards, but not from the Store.

I can, however, tell that the Store is being recognized because I can see the file information in the P2 Store Manager.

Three drives come up in my Control Panel, but one is the P2 Card. When I click on the others, it tells me the drives are not formatted and asks if i want to...

Unfortunately, I have 7 cards worth of footage from Rome on the Store I'm afraid to lose.

Any thoughts?

Strike that, everyone. I figured it out. Silly me, I first looked in the manual and on Panasonic's site for help--when the answer (there's a Mac mode and a PC mode) was more easily made available right here on DVXUser ala Jarred Land. Many thanks as always, Jarred.
