Is it possible to us one of the XLR inputs (with the phantom power on) to power an onboard light? I sort of remember seeing somewhere that you can't. but, I've searched and search and can't find anything on this.
Being the DVXs so sofisticated as they are I would not risk the chance of having a board or a chip screw. If you said you "sort of remember that you can't" trust your memory.
