XDcam transfer all that Need help

Ok so I need xdcam transfer and the drivers for the sxs cards to work on my mac.

Where oh where do i download it from. The sony site is obviously intended to confuse and irritate me

Also I know im in the wrong section for it but what and where do i find the 5d plug in for fcp?

I have tried looking for my self but maybe im a bit special but Im lost.

Whats the binary package for? I downloaded clipbrowser 2.6 and a driver fro Windows yet have no idea what the binary software is for?
