XDCAM HD422 Pro Pacs

I just received an add in my inbox about the XDCAM HD422 Pro Pacs. Besides a well known company and its product, if the price is around 32 to 46 thousand dollars, what's better about this camera versus the Red?
 
Two entirely different concepts. I think the question is really what is better for you-- Red or XDCAM HD.
 
I'm not looking to buy anything at the moment but with the price that high, I wonder what the resolution or quality is versus the Red. What is extra special or put it over the top with the XDCAM HD422 Pro that the a price tag is over 40 thousand dollars?
