I'm using currently Premeire CS2...I believe I would need to upgrade to CS3 to use the Motu V3HD. Would these 3 work together? I'm still shooting SD on a DVX100a but planning to buy the XDCAM EX1 soon so this is a bit new to me.
I know HD will be much more taxing on my system...I have a Dell workstation 650 with Dual 2.4 gig processor and 2 gigs of RAM......plus external drives.
Does anyone have any insight if this combo will "play nice"? As far as I can tell it seems like the V3HD would work similar to an Avid Mojo. Will this help process for Editing and outputting the final project? ...I have been searching online for days and I find bits of info that still leave me unsure to purchase in case there is a conflict.
I would appreciate any help I can get on this!!
