XDCAM EX Codec Versus apple color.

Hello world,

Does anyone have problems with importing XDCAM EX (shoot with EX3) timeline from FCP to Color
after the last upgrade fcp 6.0.5 color 1.0.3 im not able to see my film into color
was able before, i use the footage who as working before and some new but no difference
1 same property for the timelines (old and new footage)
2 prores work fine
3 try to reinstall xdcam transfer 2.7 no change
4 60i and 30p no difference DF

ps: since every one in this part of dvx..com use the same camera and codec i prefer to post in this forum not in FCP
 
Right there with you. The 1.03 update to color completely killed xdcam interoperability, and there is multiple threads about it on the color help forum. Mac has yet to do anything about it.
 
Thanks for the answer.. hope for a new upgrade(patch :s ) for color 1.0.4 .. since that moment I will transcode to prores.. Xsx no need to capture just need to transcode X5 longer... thats great :( (peopleo from the Magic Bullet's should be very happy right now )
 
found a solution: if you have a timecapsule... just restore color 1.0.2 well, it's not the best solution but it will do for now :)
