XDCAM EX Clip Browser failed to copy the clip

What does this error message means?

At first I thought it has something to do with Windows write permission but I tried to drag a file over to my drive, create a new folder, and save a new word file to that particular folder and I have no problem. However, when I tried to copy my footage from the SxS card to my external hard drive (connect via USB), I kept getting the above error. Any suggestion?

Ah, I just figured it out. I checked the security again and even though I can write and do anything to the folder, there were to unknown account listed. I deleted this two accounts out and I was able to copy the clips to the external drive again. Odd though.
