FS7: XDCA RAW out + 7Q, RAW to ProRes 4K... Audio lag?

I've had several really long shoot days shooting on the FS7+XDCA using RAW out to the Odyssey7Q+, 4K ProRes... Also shooting an HD duplicate to the XQD cards.

Been shooting with the Odyssey since December 2013, so I've got a ton of hours under my belt with this thing... didn't think I'd need to go in and double check everything... but EVERY take has audio that is 8 frames behind the visual. We watched playback (without audio) of several takes, just checking along the way. Timecode is perfect, frame for frame, because we were jamming into the Timecode In on the XDCA with a Tig and we used a Denecke slate, so I am able to verify the timecode visually at the start of every take.

So it's not the end of the world, because we'll sync audio from our recorder, but man this is kind of a pain in the ass. We can't even start post without syncing audio or manually shifting every single audio track back 8 frames.

Is there something I would have done to mess this up? Or is it just an overlooked bug in the latest firmware? If it's a bug, it sucks that I'm just seeing it after 3 days into a 4 day production... But there wouldn't be much in my control for fixing it.

Anyone else experience this?

We are working to determine what is happening here. This appears to be an isolated case, otherwise everyone would have noticed.
