Mikko picked the two shots I was gonna point out; the first scared me just by thinking of what it'd be like to be that guy, and the second was arguably the neatest trick in the vid.
 
Sorry, all that was very good, BUT clowns have ruined unicycling. I can't picture any of this as "extreme" when I keep hearing that circus song in my head. Next there will be extreme juggling.

Hey I'm waiting for somebody to post "extreme ironing" again.

Why is everything extreme nowadays anyway? I find it a little annoying how much that word is thrown around... ever see the old black and whites of iron workers on high steel in NY after the turn of the century? How about roman gladiators? Or playing a ball game with the head of last week's loser?

Extreme behavior is nothing new... but the gen X cry-baby screams for attention sure are.

(hey I'd buy that video and just let it loop at a party... that was so awesome... I can't stop laughing)
