X-Men 3

so there wasn't anything wrong with the first two? as far as "inconsistencies"???

plenty of continuity errors in the first and here's an obvious mistake...after rogue uses wolverine's power to heal herself. remember she's outside sitting on a bench? well mystique as bobby steps up says "Rogue" and rogue turns around and you can see her mouth "Shawn," but through the miracle of ADR you hear "Bobby." :)

but to trash X3 because of the day to night...geez then the whole no bullet holes, bullet holes, shots fired which are the cause of before mentioned bullet holes in pulp fiction must've really ticked you off.

Well, I seriously am not here to argue with you, Novelt. I just can't argue with someone comparing plotholes and garbage writting with an error that was ADDRESSED in post production- the ADR. Also, I find that only eagle eyed and eared individuals would notice the situation you described... It looks as tough you are very much "inside" whats going on in the production of the X-Films, specially the 3rd...

Killing of Jean, Magneto sending people to their "deaths", X-Men KILLING mutants, and many other bad plot developments are MAJOR screenplay faults. Now the bridge and the day to night transition is a filming and continuity mistake, and it can be overlooked. the Before mentioned surelly not. I can't believe they pass such a testament of stupidity to the audience, and no one seems to care...Maybe I'm going too far here... :)

Wow, it is still going.
One of my favorite things to do of the past week is to log on to DVXuser and check out the X-men 3 debate.
Each day, the comments get a little more entertaining.
This is better than cartoons.

I was excited to see this movie. I liked the second one a lot. This one was bad though. There were too many corny lines, scattered story lines, and soap opera drama. I liked the pheonix and beast (probably because he was a hairy frasier!), but that was about it.

no arguing here, but i like your whole "eagle eye" reference when obviously it doesn't take an eagle-eye to see that pulp fiction flaw. plenty of movies with plenty of mistakes...fine you don't like X3. most of the stuff you've posted can be found in nearly every major film. so what really ticked you off about X3? cuz to me it seems you're more upset that people died and the X-Men killed other mutants (obviously you don't read the comics - that does happen) because that's what you keep mentioning. funny thing about the comics the x-men kill other mutants, but guess what several issues later they're back from the dead.

X-Men KILLING mutants

hmmm...what about Toad, Sabretooth, Lady Deathstrike..those were okay because they were in X1 and X2 after that the X-Men shouldn't be killing mutants.

ok X-men killing mutants who have bats running into battle. why would the need bats? their powers couldn't hold up to animainium and lightning, wind and beast. sucks to be those mutants then, they need enhancements instead of cures.

ok well i read some posts of all these pages and my friends have told me its not that great so i don't know i might just go see it to see it and get my own opinion

Do it! Actually, just saw X2 last weekend, and it definetly is a lot better than x3...

considering everyone thought ratner would **** this movie up...I feel he did a pretty good job. A lot happened very fast which made it feel awkward at times, but I enjoyed it none the less.

Half of me enjoyment prolly came from actually having a GREAT theater experience which is rare now days. I went in mid afternoon, a couple of people in the theater, and they weren't loud. Ahh it was nice.

when i was watching this movie and heard the line "dont you know who i am, im the juggernaut *****" i shot myself. my friend managed to drag me out and took me to a hospital, so here i am.

wow i must be on middle ground...i just read a few pages on a superhero forum where a few people hated singer. just so you can have some back story...i was looking up info on lady deathstrike because i remembered somewhere her and wolverine had a relationship and got married...i think ultimate x-men...anyway my point was going to be if "singer stayed true" why'd they kill lady deathstrike? but after reading the posts i realized that there are people on both sides of the fence. then again i think these guys hate all 3 movies. so i thought why can't people accept the fact these are "movies"...no one gets mad if the comic book writers changes or kills characters, create odd storylines, etc...but let a screenwriter do it and it's "off with his head."

i guess that's human nature.

X

you may already know this, but rumor has it there will be an X4 and an X5. so we really don't know who's dead do we...by the way saw it a second time and i remember seeing the dude crawling on the wall during the meeting at the church and thought hey that might be toad all fried up.
