WU-1a Wireless

Hi, thinking to get the WU-1a wifi adapter (ca. 50 euros) in order to monitor LiveView from my android tablet instead of getting a (let's say a 170 euros, Lilliput 668 7in) normal monitor.
Any one gone this way and find it ok or I shouldn't think of this as an option in the first place ?

I tried the WU-1a with my D600 but found the connection unreliable.
I ended up using a moded TP-link with Dslrdashboard running on my
Nexus 7 (2nd) tablet. You do get some nice features in that setup,
such as touch screen focus and control over most parameters.
Most reliable of all is just using a usb cable.
 
Saw or read a review on the WU-1a and it was saying the remote image is slightly delayed, compared to the live view on the camera. That was enough to have me walk away from the idea.
