I have a Mint condition DVX 100A with 47 Hours (24-28 use time) on Meter and I would say 1/2 of these hours were in stand by mode. So more like 24-28 hours or so.

I have only used Panasonic DRY tapes and have always kept a filter on the Glass. I have babied it and never subjected it to any harsh conditions. (Wind, rain, sand) I was too scared to risk it.

I read everything about this camera and how to take care of it before I ever purchased it. (The deck was my first purchase but I wanted to test out the DV port)

Most of the filming was done inside of My house or in my garage.

Included are the basic things that come with the DVX and the nice almost new box that my wife thought looked ugly and wanted me to throw out. So glad I did not. I have used a little cheap camera (canon) for 99% of the transfers to my computer. I used a little rewinder to help save any wear on the tapes.

I would like to sell this to someone in LA who can inspect it and then pay for it. I would rather not ship this as I know right now 100% of the exact condition it is in but I will ship it if I have to and include a copy of my drivers license, home phone and cell phone. (I will ship it right away and would like the person to inspect it and call me to verify that everything is working perfectly.

I live in Simi Valley and go to school at UCLA so I can meet up at most places. I would like to meet face to face and make sure that you are 100% satisfied that everything works as stated. I have rechecked everything one more time, DV ports AV connections and everything is working perfectly.

I would like to sell this ASAP so I can Take advantage of the good HVX offer.

I also have Barry's BOOK that I will include. As well as a UV filter.

I can safely assure you that this is a great camera to get if you are looking for a DVX 100A. (100A is much better than 100 but the 100B is very nice just higher priced)

I have to take a mid term for a class today in 6 hours but I will check all PM's when I get back. Also if I have to sell this and ship it out what is the best method to receive payment from somebody? Pay Pal?

First bidder dropped out of the running. The bid was for 2500 including shipping to NY. I will now go on to the next highest bidder. If you have a cash offer in LA that would be ideal, but if not I will continue down the line.

$2,595.00 Priced Listed for USED DVX 100A at B&H. It is still an incredible camera and I have seen many listed for this price on EBAY that have sold.

I know for sure that my camera is working perfectly and has been well taken care of and not had any abuse. The bids I have been getting are very close to this price and I will gradually come down or just keep the camera. It's not a huge deal for me just will make me wait a few months to get the HVX.

Supply and Demand. Simple as that. So submit a price you will pay for it and let's see if we can work something out.

$2300 including shipping is the final call before I list it on EBAY, Craig's and make a sign for UCLA film dept.

It is in pristine condition and you may test everything out before hand. I prefer LA but will ship it if necessary.

You can save a little bit of money and buy other cameras, but I know for sure that this one is in mint condition with extreme low hours and has been babied. If it were me I would pay a tiny bit more for peace of mind, but to each their own.

Camera is sold. I am very sorry for anyone else that wanted to purchase the camera and did not get back to me quickly. I had a number of requests each wanting to purchase it and I went with the first one willing to buy it using Pay Pal. Once again I am sorry if we were not able to do the transaction.
