WTF move of the day - recording format from HVX to computer was set wrong

So this is a moronic move on my part but in shooting a live concert, I forgot to set the video format to 1080 HD and recorded at 480 with one camera. The other camera recorded at 1080. (I had recorded some 480 DV for work the previous week and did not reset settings...).

We got excellent 4 track audio and had excellent line of sight for the band so would love to salvage this if possible.

Both HVX200 cameras recorded to hard drive via DV Rack.

So the first camera producted a 480 file with Frame width / height of 720 X 480 at 29 FPS.

The second camera produced a 1080 file with Frame w/h of 1280 X 1080 at 24 FPS.

What are my options? I assume convert to lowest common denominator (if possible) of 720 X 480 at 24 FPS. Is this possible?

What Windows software tools are available for any post processing that is required?

Thanks in advance,

A creative suggestion:

I don't know what kind of concert, but maybe you could treat the standard def footage to look like super 8? then cut with the High Def stuff. Might look cool if the concert is rap/metal/grunge.

I agree. If you cut from HD to SD as is, the subtle difference might be distracting. But if you "grunge up" the lower rez footage, it will look like you meant to do it. Which is what you want. You could even add a fisheye effect, etc. when warranted.
