November 18 edit: I have purchased a used book and DVD from a fellow dvxuser! Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone,

Just got myself a DVX-100 and I'm looking to purchase the DVX book and DVD. I know I can buy it brand new from this site, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone had a used copy they don't need anymore. I'm located in Toronto, Canada and would prefer Canadian sellers to save on customs charges. However, I'm willing to buy from anywhere.

I have a copy of the book, and of the DVD that I can sell ya...

...I was so eager to start learning about the DVX, that I got the book & dvd before buying the camera...only find that they were being included with the camera, by the time I bought it...
