[WTB] WTB Sound Devices MM-1 or another decent Pre-amp

My budget is around $300, and I was hoping to get an MM-1 or some kind of decent pre-amp. Probably a long shot, but if you have something that will reduce the gain noise from a DR100 on high, then please let me know!
