Digibroadcast in the UK had one with 444 upgrade about a month back for £1,000, not sure if they still have it.

I'm looking for a sony f3 in good shape. Let me know if you have one for sale. Thanks
Are you still looking for one? I'm selling my F3 kit, with the following:
Sony PMW-F3 (with S-log)
Gemini 444
FZ to FD Lens mount adapter
1 each 16/32GB SxS card
1 SxS to SD adapter
3 256GB Gemini SSDs
1 512 Gemini SSD
2 Swit S-8U63 batteries
All cabling to wire everything up
Camera bag and Gemini case
Pics of the entire kit on imgur: http://imgur.com/a/smLRi
My cost to build this kit ran around $6700 CAD, but I'm willing to consider what you think is reasonable for it.
