WTB Shoulder Mount!

[Elmy]

I'm looking to buy a good shoulder mount for the HMC150, there have been some live events I've been doing and It would be awesome to have a good shoulder stabilizing mount for my camera. I'm trying to keep it semi cheap however, like 150-250. Anyone have anything for sale?
