[FS: General] WTB: Oktava

Not trying to change your mind, but take a look at the avantone ck-1, about the same price as a used oktava, I have both, and to tell you the truth, I been using the avantone over the octava. When I get some more time i'm gonna do a comparison. It's clarity is really good, a bit on the high end, but it's easy to thicken in post. I got my octava on ebay, might be worth checking to see if there's any selling at a reasonable price if no one here has one for sale. good luck with the hunt:)

haha your price is a bit high for me--i'll probably get the ck-1 since i can get it for $135
 
If Jims lead doesn't end up working out, look around ebay, I picked my avantone for around 100.00 plus shipping if I recall.

i picked up mine new from amazon for $135--should be here tomorrow--i'll post results on saturday after a shoot
