WTB : Manfrotto 577 quick release plate

Hi,
is the 577 the short one or the long one? I have a short one that I don't need anymore. If you are interested, let me know. Paid 45 EUR for it new. Never used it. I bought it for my Glidecam 2000 pro, but before I had the chance to use it, I upgraded to the Magiqcam 2a. Asking for 30$ + shipping.
