WTB: Manfrotto 503 tripod head

I am considering selling my Bogen 515MVB Pro Video Tripod with 510-8 Pro Video fluid head (with canvas carrying case with strap)
 
i have been looking into the 501 & 503 heads A LOT. The only difference I can find is that the 503 has a spring to assist in the tilt. however, neither are even true fluid heads.

can anyone add any insight into this?
