WTB Manfrotto 501

I'm looking to buy a Manfrotto 501 or 501HDV (or 503, if the price is right).
I also needs sticks for it. I would love to have a leveling ball, but not a deal breaker.

It depends on the sticks.

B&H has a 501 HDV with pretty basic sticks (no ball) for around $275 including shipping.
I can get one with a better set of dual-stage legs with a leveling ball and a tripod bag for about $475 including shipping.

If I can get something comparable for less buying used, than I will.
