WTB low priced lighting kit

I am on a ramen noodle budget and looking for a 3 point lighting kit. Fill lights, basically anything since I currently do not own any lighting gear.

I'm in Ft. Myers Florida so the closer would be better unless shipping would be cheap.

Try Home Depot. They have decent lights that can work well. I think you'd have to be more specific than "I want stuff cheap," because properly calibrated film lights are anything but cheap.
 
I have a three piece setup that you might like. Each light is a 250 bulb, but I think it will handle more. I can't think of the brand right now but it is a basic setup that should suit your tastes. I will sell for $95 +shipping and paypal fees.

It has three stands and works well for most quick and dirty applications.
