WTB: I need advice...Starter lenses, filters, accessories, etc.

I'm probably picking up a DVX100A sometime this weekend, and I'm looking for any lenses, filters, accessories that you have for sale that you'd like to get rid of.
I'm also wondering what some good packages are, or what I should get with it as starter accessories.

Any advice/items for sale would be much appreciated.

2 Batterys from here, Barry's book if not included, tapes, Pratice. Try to learn the setting & image tweating posibilities of the camera before you get too excited about strapping stuff to it. A DVX is a really powerful little camera naked.

Spend some time with only a monitor and the camera, like 30 hours, really.
