I just recently purchased a Glidecam 4000 Pro, along with the Forearm Brace through "Troxell Communications" which was on their Dealer List. I reached a man named Paul Ruttan who seemed very polite, but gave me the impression this could be some random residential 800 number, and he's asking for my info. He says that it will probably take 10 days to ship to the west coast.
My questions are these:
Has anybody ever ordered Glidecam Products and had this experience? Could you please tell your story, and the results of the purchase?
Is this experience typical of Glidecam?
