WTB: Final Cut Pro 5.1 update/crossgrade

Not quite ready to $pring for FCP6, and I missed the free crossgrade window to FCP 5.1, thinking it would only help me if I have an Intel box.

Turns out it's also got updated HDV functionality. I can make my current system work, but I'd love to have the smoother workflow.

Can anyone help? Perhaps you've upgraded to FCP6 or Final Cut Studio 2? Please drop me a note.
 
Are you still looking for FCP 5.1? I have the full retail crossgrade for sale, no manuals, unregistered.
