Hi,
My name is Esteban Castaño. In 2 and a half weeks I will be going to northern Thailand as a Rotary Youth Exchange Ambassador. While there, I plan on making a documentary on Burmese refugees who have fled into neighboring Thailand. I will regularly visit nearby refugee camps and record their testimonies. ( http://www.estebaninthailand.blogspot.com )
My budget consists of money that I have been saving up for a car. The most that I could offer for an DVX100b is $1200. However, I would like to get one in good shape so it does not die on me while I am filming.
This is a complete non-profit and educational venture. Altruism in lowering prices would be tremendously appreciated.
Feel free to email me at esteban.rotary@gmail.com if you can help.
Thanks!
