Hey ESaputo, worst case BHPhotoVideo has Microphone Shockmounts as low as $50, some fairly decent models available.

go to this web site. check the video hot shoe adapter ( item " F" Under hard to find Mic Accessories), and mix it with any mic holder on the market.It a very cheap solution. and it works for me. I also sometimes use a LED Tourchlight and place it on the mic holder (Cheap soloution as an on borad camera light).
