WTB: DVX charger/help?

I recently sold a dvx100b and forgot the charger when I met with the person who bought it. So I mailed it out later. I got delivery confirmation and it showed the parcel was delivered but the person who I sent it to claims they never received it. I believe him because he's been really cool about the whole situation. I've contacted the USPS filed a ticket about it missing and they're nothing but a pain in the ass. The buyer wants me to buy the charger for not getting signature confirmation. I don't mind buying it but I wanted opinions and some maybe advice if this has happened to you or if you have a charger lying around or a good source. I looked at one on ebay and wanted to know if they were any good.

I was looking for one too, and some guy pointed me to this:
