I'm looking for any old mini dv camcorder with a firewire port that still works as a vtr. I only need this to capture footage, so I'm not looking for anything fancy. Looking to pay under $100 shipped to Alaska.

I have a Canon XM1 (PAL) camcorder that works perfect apart from one hot pixel that just effects filming not playback. As you probably know this model has a firewire port and VTR deck with easy to access controls for the deck on the top handle. But it will probably cost about USD$50 to ship it from Denmark to USA :-(
