WTB: Cavision rod support, handgrips, Shure FP33

[Colt45]

A list of stuff I'm looking to buy:

Cavision RS15IIM rod support system
50cm (20") 15mm rods (using a 35mm adapter)
Cavision RS15HDE dual extended handgrips
Shure FP33 field mixer

PM me if you have any/all of this. Pics would be great, as would your asking price including US shipping. Thanks.
