WTB: Canon XH-A1!!!!

Hey guys!

Alright, after a lot of other deals and such that I've looked at, I've decided solely on the XH-A1. I've been trying and trying to get a hold of DVX member 'Blackshirt' who I was and still would definitely buy from if he answered me or got back to me, but I've decided, why not? Ask around here, see if anyone else has one they're either trying to get rid of or willing to let go of. :) Again, 'Blackshirt', if you by any chance read this, I'm still interested in your camera, unless someone else offers me first.:dankk2:

Since I was planning on buying the camera for $2,300 from the guy above, I'm looking for a Canon XH-A1 for about that or under, maybe a little bit over but absolutely not over $2,500 with low hours, because this will be my first camera, so I want to get the best out of the camera and have it work for a few more years for me. I want it to be in great condition both inside and cosmetically. No scratches or anything, maybe little minor ones, but I'd have to approve of it. Also has to include all original accesories from out of the box. I could do without the SD cables, but that's it. And if you have a case or any extra batteries or such, I'd probably take them off of your hands too. :)

Sorry that I'm being so picky and particular, but it's my first camera and I want it to last, you know? So, if anyone has one that they want to sell; anyone, no matter what the condition, just post here or PM me. I highly prefer pictures. PLEASE!!!!

:dankk2::dankk2:Thanks in advance!!!!:dankk2::dankk2:

I have used the Canon A1 and own a HV20 and have owned other Canon SD cams. I would recommend not getting a cam that shoots to tape if it is going to be your first cam. Tape is on it's last leg. I honestly hate having to import video to edit from tape. I was a final cut pro editor so many hours have been spent importing from tape. I recommend something like the HMC-150 or wait to see what these new SLR cams will offer.

I have a Canon XHA1 with not low hours but ill give you a great deal and include a boom mic for 2,500 Im in Los Angeles

You still havent bought one? I seen your post for over a week now and i have seen many good prices in A1's.

Well, I'm been have been waiting on money which I get at the end of the week, but because of the wait, I've unfortunately been missing quite a few amazing deals on the A1, but I have some more great deals offered to me this morning that I'll probably be taking. :)

And, also, I've been using a friends Sony HDR-FX1 for 2 weeks now and I'm slowly falling in love with it, but the the lack of XLR inputs and a mic clamp and such really deters me from buying one, but I found the HVR-Z5U which is virtually the same camera, but with the the XLR's, clamp, and thensome and I want it soooo much, but the only thing is that it's $2,000 more than what I'm looking on spending. If I can find the Z5U for under $3,000, I'll definitely take that over the A1 mostly because of Canon's horrible low light sensitivity versus Sony's spectacular low light sensitivity. :)

BUMP
Haven't heard from the guy selling the A1 to me in a few days, so, if anyone else has an offer, I may take you up on it. Looking for the $2,000-$2,200 range. Just let me know!
