WTB: Canon HV-20 or 30 or close to it

Can't really pay 1200+ for a camera, so all of those high class DVXs are outta my league for now.

PM me if you're looking to sell something on the level and price range of the HV-20.

Man, you need to read up on this stuff. The HV20 has no exchangeable lenses, and what to you mean by booms? It is light enough to put it on a boom, for sure.
 
Yeah, I'm reading all over the place, edumocating myself. This is my first voyage into buying anything more than your A-typical cam you'd use at Xmas. I'm doing a lot of research and footage comps.

Right now, I'd love an HV series, but the HF100 and 200 are also on my list.
 
if you're looking for exchangeable lenses, in that price range you could also try to get a d5000, t1i or k-x. the d5000 has the worst jello but 24p, t1i only has 30p and 20fps and the k-x supposedly has aliasing but has very good dynamic range. I'd like to see what you could do with one of these cameras. good luck
